Road Signage Request Form - Municipality of Bluewater

Complete this form if you wish to request a sign be installed on a municipal road.

Please refer to the Road Signage Policy for signage type. Only signs listed on this request form or included in the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) will be considered. Sign types not permitted under the Road Signage By-law, such as "No Engine Brake" signage, will not be approved.

Approval and installation decisions including but not limited to signage location, will be to the discretion of the Manager of Public Works or their designate. Only complete request forms will be considered for review.
