E-Billing (eSEND) Enrolment Form

Please print clearly in ink for all sections of the form if you are printing it and not completing it electronically. 

Terms and Conditions

• Accounts selected above will be emailed to the resident's email address at the time bills are processed.
• It is the responsibility of the resident to monitor their email for bills. A hard copy of the bill will not be mailed.
• Be sure to add the domain “@municipalityofbluewater.ca” to your email’s safe list to ensure that bills are sent directly to your inbox.
• Using e-billing services is subject to standard interest and penalty charges for late payment as applicable. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the account holder from payment of interest and penalties.
• E-bills may be paid by pre-authorized payment plan, telephone or internet banking, or in person at the municipal office.
• Residents are responsible for completing and sending in a new form if there are any changes to their contact information, account information, sale of the property, or cancellation of the e-billing.

Forms completed electronically will automatically be emailed to the Municipality of Bluewater upon selecting submit.
